Claims Analyst

A company is looking for a Claims Analyst to ensure timely processing of medical claims.

Key Responsibilities

Process first-time claims and verify reimbursement eligibility

Research and determine the status of medical-related claims

Maintain records and meet department production and quality standards

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year of experience in health insurance, claims processing, or related fields

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Basic math skills and knowledge of medical coding (ICD-9 / 10, CPT, HCPCs)

Ability to complete basic claims training programs within 6 months of hire
