Physical Requirements :

This role is dynamic and requires a good amount of physical activity throughout the day, including :

Squatting, kneeling, and reaching

Twisting, walking, and sitting for extended periods

Key Responsibilities :

Client Progress : Continuously assess and report on client progress and any changes to the service supervisor.

Safety and Compliance : Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a secure and healthy environment for our clients.

Core Competencies : Assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, bathing, toileting, dressing, eating, and continence needs.

Part-time

Education :

High school diploma or G.E.D certificate

Qualifications :

Independence, flexibility, and good judgment

Excellent verbal communication skills

Knowledge in physiology, nutrition, and nursing

Ability to create a safe and effective environment

Strong client relationship skills and attentiveness

Proof of skills validation to the service supervisor

Positive workplace attitude

Clean background check (no convictions related to controlled substances, healthcare fraud, abuse, assault, or theft)

Experience :

At least one year of in-home aide experience is recommended but not required.
