Key Responsibilities
Own executive-level relationships for top-tier healthcare accounts, guiding clients through regulatory shifts
Co-create Joint Business Plans and lead Executive Business Reviews to maintain revenue retention and identify expansion leads
Serve as the Voice of the Customer, providing actionable insights to the Product team and optimizing customer success tools
Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience managing strategic enterprise accounts
Direct experience in HealthTech, healthcare compliance, or credentialing is strongly preferred
Experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms and CRM tools like HubSpot
A self-starter comfortable in a remote environment with limited oversight
Ability to identify churn risks and develop contingency plans
