We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Client Experience Coordinator to join our Riverside team. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication, strong client relationships, and a consistently high standard of service. Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication

Coordinate client onboarding processes and ongoing account support

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently

Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address inquiries or concerns

Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and internal coordination
