Repairing and Replacing Parts:
Daily maintenance of repairs of Dump Truck and End Dump Fleet.
Fixing or replacing damaged or worn parts, including engine components, fuel systems, cooling systems, brakes adjustments and morePreventative Maintenance:
Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and system inspections to prevent future breakdowns.
Inspections:
Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and repairs completed, ensuring proper documentation for maintenance and compliance purposes.
Safety Compliance:
Adhering to strict safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of diesel engine mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics, and diagnostic tools
Physical Stamina:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working in awkward positions, and standing for extended periods
Mechanical Aptitude:
Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with various hand and power tools.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience
