Physician Services Group (PSG) of South Carolina is actively seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in Post-Acute Care facilities across Sumter, SC. This position offers consistent weekday hours and a genuine opportunity to make an impact no weekends, no nights, minimal call giving you the work-life balance you deserve.
What You ll Do :
- Serve as the lead NP at assigned post-acute facilities
- Manage patient admissions, Medicare follow-ups, and acute care needs
- Collaborate with attending physicians, therapists, social workers, and families
- Review labs, update EMRs, and ensure accurate documentation and billing
- Support clinical quality initiatives and promote patient-centered outcomes
