Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time contracted school counselor position is available this fall in Spring, TX, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This school-based role requires delivering counseling services that promote student well-being, academic achievement, and social development within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide individual and group counseling to K-12 students
• Develop and implement counseling programs addressing academic, career, social, and emotional development
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student needs
• Conduct assessments and refer students to appropriate resources when necessary
• Maintain ethical and confidential records according to school policies and state regulations
