A company is looking for a Director of Transformation (AI) to lead enterprise initiatives for strategic, operational, and technology-enabled transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with executive leaders to identify and scope strategic transformational opportunities

Oversee project intake, discovery, and implementation processes for transformation initiatives

Monitor project performance, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to leadership

Required Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience in transformation, strategy, or change management in a healthcare organization

3 years of management or leadership experience

Proven success in influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment

Deep understanding of managed care operations and healthcare delivery systems

Strong analytical and execution-oriented mindset
