Shift : 3rd (7pm - 7 : 30am)

Full Time : 36 hours per week

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center, 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000

Responsibilities :

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patients, recognizing significant changes in their condition.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver therapeutic patient care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create a safe and effective care environment.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 18 months experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry (2 years preferred).
• Flexibility to meet scheduling commitments, including 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 weekend every 6 weeks.
• Current Registered Nurse license and BLS certification.
