Job Description :

The BioMatrix Pharmacy Operations team is excited to welcome a Summer 2026 Intern as part of our growing pipeline of emerging professionals!

Were seeking a motivated curious and relationship-oriented Pharmacy Operations Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This internship offers exposure to pharmacy operations infusion workflows patient support processes cross-functional collaboration and real-world problem-solving.

Youll work closely with experienced pharmacy operations leaders and team members shadow team members support daily operational needs and contribute to projects that enhance patient care and internal efficiency. If youre passionate about healthcare operations or specialty pharmacy services this internship will give you a comprehensive look at the field.

As a Pharmacy Intern youll work alongside a team of seasoned sales executives gain real field experience partner with cross-functional teams and contribute to meaningful work that drives growth. This is a chance to explore a career in healthcare sales from multiple angles while making an immediate patient-centered impact.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Current collegiate enrollment as a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in healthcare administration pharmacy business administration or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an interest in relationship-building
• Naturally curious proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable with technology; prior CRM experience is a plus
