Social Worker- Inpatient Center

Per Diem - as needed

Day Shift (8am - 5pm)

This role works in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team to provide social work interventions, education, counseling and support services to address the identified psychosocial needs of patients and caregivers. MSW required, LSW or LCSW license must be obtained within 2 years of hire date. Two years' experience in the health care setting preferred. Must be able to complete 4 - 5 weeks of full time orientation.

• Must work a minimum of 64 hours per two-week pay period
