Chart Closure : Within 72 hours Schedule : 18 patients per day (PPD), with a minimum of 18 PPD Work Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Patient Mix : Diverse mix of pediatrics and adults Decision Timeframe : A decision is typically made within 7-14 days Acceptance of DO : We will also accept Doctors of Osteopathy (DO) Experience : Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) with 3 years of experience in a similar setting are preferred (see other AR) Board Eligibility : Board Eligible (BE) candidates will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency) DEA Certification : Active DEA needed before the start date Credentialing Time : Credentialing takes 30-90 days Immunization and Health Requirements Required Immunizations : The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before the start date) : Flu Vaccine TB Status / X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before the start date) Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years) Covid-19 Vaccine is no longer required Agreement Details Notice Period : Vendor agree to a 30-day notice for ending all assignments.
