Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with investor customers from onboarding through renewal
Conduct onboarding calls and ongoing strategy sessions with customer teams
Create scalable resources tailored to investor and fund use cases
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
Experience with investment firms, finance teams, or investor-focused products
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Empathy for customers and a problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with portfolio company reporting is a plus
