Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $55.00 to $68.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and track marketing budgets across annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long range planning cycles.
  • Analyze marketing performance by evaluating efficiency metrics and conducting scenario analyses for leadership.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international marketing teams to develop forecasts and support operational decisions.
  • Create presentation materials that clearly communicate financial projections, performance drivers, and insights.
  • Support cross departmental alignment by improving financial processes and strengthening communication between teams.

Requirements

  • Communicate effectively by preparing clear financial presentations and written analyses for varied audiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments and geographic regions to support shared goals.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing efficiency and provide meaningful performance insights.
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize strong organizational and interpersonal skills to enhance forecasting and reporting workflows.

    • Qualifications

  • Bring experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning.
  • Demonstrate expertise in performance analysis and scenario modeling for marketing or operational teams.
  • Use financial reporting tools and presentation software effectively to support decision making.
  • Leverage experience partnering with cross functional and international teams on financial processes.
  • Display capability in producing executive level reports and presentations that communicate financial results clearly.
