Are you dependable, caring, and passionate about working with young children? Were looking for a reliable and responsible Assistant Teacher to support our lead teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment at our early childhood education center.

What Youll Do :

• Assist lead teachers in the classroom with daily routines, activities, and supervision
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children
• Support children's learning through play, exploration, and structured activities
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Follow all health, safety, and center policies and procedures

What Were Looking For :

A dependable team player who is enthusiastic about working with young children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and take direction from lead teachers and supervisors

Previous experience in a child care setting is a plus but not required

Must be able to pass a background check and meet licensing requirements

Work Hours :

Monday Friday

7 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm Window for available shifts.

Occasional evening or weekend hours for special events, staff meeting or trainings.

Compensation :

Commensurate with experience.
