Job Title

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter.

This role will be based in Edina, MN. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

We will count on you to :

  • Analyze risks and assist in developing tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Respond to client queries and concerns promptly to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Support the design, development, and marketing of reinsurance solutions to attract new accounts.
  • Assist senior Brokers with complex client assignments and provide guidance to junior Brokers on market trends.
  • Monitor accounts, including payments and collections, to anticipate and prevent potential issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance / reinsurance companies to facilitate effective communication and service.

Requirements

What you need to have :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural primary insurance or reinsurance
  • Willingness to travel nationwide up to 20% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree required
