Overview

CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Agile Champion to lead enterprise-level initiatives for our client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will bring deep Agile expertise, technical program management experience, and strong collaboration skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Duration : 12 months

Key Responsibilities :

Lead multiple Agile projects, driving delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

Serve as an Agile Champion—facilitating sprints, retrospectives, and cross-team collaboration.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and progress reports using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining project momentum and quality.

Required Skills & Experience :

7+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in Agile environments.

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Power BI .

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Technical Program Management (TPM) experience preferred.

Education & Certifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Agile / Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
