Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with purpose, takes pride in creating beautiful moments for others, and thrives in a collaborative setting. Prior experience isn't required—just a strong sense of initiative, a willingness to learn, and a consistent presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Crafting espresso drinks and beverages to recipe standards
• Providing warm, attentive service to all guests
• Supporting day-to-day operations : register, restocking, cleaning, and prep
• Working with a team to maintain a calm and well-run café environment
• Minimum of 15 hours per week required; weekend availability preferred

Pay

Average of $20 / hour with tips, based on current team earnings
