A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to guide clients through successful platform implementations and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients as a subject matter expert to align product features with business goals
Assist clients in implementing RESTful APIs and JavaScript Snippets into their marketing stack
Identify issues and propose solutions while managing internal and external project expectations
Required Qualifications
B.S. in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in professional services and client project management
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON data structures, and proficiency in HTML / CSS / JavaScript
Experience with PHP or other programming languages
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across various internal teams
