Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for user requirement analysis and application design
• Responsible for application development and report writing
• Leading and assisting in system implementation and user testing
• Review, prepare, and maintain technical documents such as acceptance test document, deployment guide, user guide, and operation manual
• Analyze reported issues and provide effective solutions
• Proactively assign, manage, and prioritize tasks to achieve business objectives
