Pj's Coffee in Ridgeland, MS is looking for one customer service to join our team. We are located on 849 Lake Habour Dr. Suite C. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and make them feel at home
  • Answer any questions the customers may have
  • Assist Customers in preparing their orders
  • Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
  • Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

  • Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
  • Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
  • Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
  • Good communication skills with customers

    • We are looking forward to hearing from you.

    Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $8.00 - $10.00 / hour.
