As a Data Collection Team Lead, you will be part of the Data Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead and supervise a team of analysts and technicians in data collection projects.
• Coordinate resource allocation and manage workflow processes to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed workflow outlines, project plans, and process documentation.
• Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and motivation to team members to foster growth and success.
