The Sales Director position has two main functions, which are managing and mentoring assigned Account Executives (AEs) to individual / team performance expectations of established Sales Delta in EBET portfolio and partnering with operations and marketing to drive strategic plans to meet the overall Eurofins business strategy. / ppSales Director responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : / pulliCreate and implement comprehensive sales plans to target key markets, including industrial clients, environmental consultants, and regulatory bodies. Identify emerging opportunities. / liliManage and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting performance goals, providing training on technical aspects of built environment testing, and fostering a high-performance culture. / liliMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes (e.g., EPA guidelines, ISO standards) to refine sales approaches and forecast revenue. / liliWork closely with laboratory operations, marketing, and technical teams to align sales efforts with service delivery, customer satisfaction and business growth objectives. / liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting new ones. Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction through tailored and comprehensive testing solutions. / liliFoster Eurofins Environment Testing USA national account program development consistent with Eurofins Environment Testing USAs company wide organic growth objectives. / liliTrack sales metrics using CRM tools, prepare reports for executive leadership, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies. / liliEnsure all sales activities adhere to ethical standards and environmental regulations, promoting our commitment to sustainability. / liliAdditional responsibilities as needed / li / ulpThe ideal candidate would possess : / pulliExperience in assessing, developing, forming, advising and otherwise supporting sales professionals / account executives growth. / liliResponsible for leading a team of 3 or more direct reports inclusive of hiring, goal setting, and performance management. / liliStrong business acumen, excel skills, and experience modeling and administrating sales incentive plans. / liliIn person sales experience and prospecting, cold-calling techniques / liliStrong organization and planning experience. / liliExperience selling environmental testing services preferred. / liliSeamlessly balance changing priorities and orchestrate priorities for team accordingly, ensuring aligned execution with senior leadership. / liliWork in a matrix / team environment. / liliStrong computer, scientific, and organizational skills / liliExcellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail / liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude / liliAbility to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies / liliStrong leadership, initiative, and teambuilding skills / li / ulh3Qualifications / h3pBasic Minimum Qualifications : / pulliBS / BA required from an accredited university; Preferably in Science or related field, MBA desirable / liliMinimum 10 years progressively successful supervisory preferred. / liliA minimum of 5 years of sales and sales management experience - preferably in the environmental laboratory business / liliLab experience and / or exposure to the environmental industry / liliAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship / li / ulh3Additional Information / h3pWe support your development!
