Key responsibilities include :

• Meeting productivity standards set by the department for direct patient contact and other related non-patient contact duties
• Performing an appropriate assessment on all in and / or outpatients following referral; use objective clinical measures to identify problems and formulate treatment plans based on realistic stated goals; carry out specific therapeutic interventions as indicated ensuring that a client centered approach is employed throughout this process
• Supervising and delegating specific written treatment plans to aides, assistants, and / or students
• Observing and evaluating treatment effect; communicating patient progress or lack of to appropriate staff and physicians
• Maintaining patient documentation using the appropriate paper work, ensuring documentation meets current standards and policies; prepares specific clinical reports as requested
• Keeping accurate and timely statistics of both direct and indirect time spent and prepares specific clinical reports as required

Qualifications & / registration required :

Salary Grade : $54.4239 per hour (BP25-27)

Pre-employment substance abuse screening is mandatory for all successful candidates.
