Shift: Monday though Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Location: Falls Church, VA

Pay: We offer competitive pay for RNs ranging from $39.50 to $45 per hour!

Job Duties

• Review progress of residents living in Independent Living and make visits regularly to the residents and provides ongoing feedback to family members/significant others.
• Evaluate residents in Independent Living who are experiencing a change in medical condition and coordinate medical support services and resources or a change in level of living as appropriate.
• Responds to resident emergencies in their apartments and throughout the community.
• Conduct follow-up with residents, families, care providers and other members of the team to evaluate progress, promote continuity of care and ensure service excellence.
• Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and maintain composure under pressure

Job Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved RN or LPN program.
• Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence.
• Must have current CPR certification.
