ITS is working with a public accounting leader to find a highly skilled and experienced professional to join as a key tax leader. This role involves managing and overseeing tax compliance and consulting engagements for a diverse clientele, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing tax strategies, leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this position.

  • Manage and review complex tax returns and compliance processes.
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning and strategies to optimize client outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise clients accordingly.

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications :

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting.
  • CPA certification is strongly preferred.
