We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile environment, and supporting the surgical team during procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room by ensuring all instruments, supplies, and equipment are sterile and ready for use
• Maintain a sterile field throughout the procedure
• Assist surgeons and other surgical staff by passing instruments and supplies during surgery
• Ensure accurate counts of instruments and materials before, during, and after surgeries
• Assist in patient positioning and prepping them for surgery
• Clean and restock the operating room after each procedure
• Follow established infection control practices to ensure a safe environment
• Document patient information and surgical counts as needed

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, aseptic techniques, and operating room procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
