Position: Admin, supporting compliance and inspection department
Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm
Location: Central San Diego, Kearny Mesa
Duration: Temporary to Permanent opportunity, need someone to start right away!
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a compliance and inspection department. This role is essential in ensuring that all inspection reports and invoices are processed and distributed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Process inspection invoices by reviewing notes to ensure accuracy scope of work.
- Distribute inspection reports to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and update team members when needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve upload errors, rejections, or discrepancies from compliance platforms.
- Assist team with reporting, reviewing documents, and administrative projects as needed.
- Answer department phones and emails to support customers.
Qualifications - 3+ years of administrative service experience in office environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail is crucial.
- Organized and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
Additional Details The Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of the inspection and reporting process, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.
