Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to create engaging job postings and selection criteria
Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through various channels
Interview and evaluate candidates while maintaining a consistent and inclusive hiring process
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of high volume, full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in non-exempt roles
Proven ability to attract and engage talent across multiple channels
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS systems
Strong knowledge of recruiting and interviewing best practices
