A company is looking for a Remote Construction Defect Associate Attorney (Insurance Defense).

Key Responsibilities

Defend construction defect matters for developers, builders, subcontractors, and related parties

Draft and argue motions, manage written discovery, and take and defend depositions

Support mediations and settlement strategy, coordinating with experts as needed

Required Qualifications

Active California Bar license

1+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense

Construction defect defense experience

Bonus : experience in rideshare defense, personal injury defense, or general liability defense

Strong legal writing and organization skills
