Overview
The Regulatory Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the Manger of Ground Operations in the execution of Endeavor ACS’ Ground Operations Quality Assurance (GOQA) Program by monitoring, tracking, and recording responses to audits and inquiries from field and hub ACS station operations. Additionally, this position responds to inquires from various regulatory agencies, including the Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, US Customs and Border Protection, and other government agencies for Endeavor Air.
Responsibilities
- Monitor multiple Company data streams on a daily basis and track of ACS and Security-related events.
- Analyze event tracking to generate periodic reports and summaries for department management and Corporate monthly business review.
- Generate analysis related to corporate initiatives and key performance indicators including the regulatory compliance index and safety performance indicators.
- Ensure that GOQA and Security audit schedules adhere to departmental QA Program guidelines and work to adjust auditor schedules to complete audits within specified timeframes.
- Coordinate directly with external resources at various Delta departments to strengthen information-sharing protocols and avoid duplication and overlapping of quality assurance efforts.
- Conduct verification activities/audits in accordance as required to ensure policy & procedure and regulatory compliance.
- Complete desktop-based verifications and some remote or on-site audits to fulfill Company GOQA and Security Management System (SeMS) objectives.
- Enter, assign, and track ACS and Security regulatory compliance-related audits and action items in the company’s safety and quality database (Q-Pulse).
- Assist the Sr Manager, Security with investigating and reconciling Master Crew List (MCL) and Flight Crew Manifest (FCM) discrepancies with the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA).
- Attend Compliance and Quality Assurance meetings with external organizations and regulatory agencies such as Delta, TSA, FAA, and NTSB as required.
- Assign computer-based LMS trainings for Endeavor’s Emergency Response (ER) Program and various Delta ACS trainings, pulling reports as required to monitor and ensure their completion.
- Support Endeavor’s Emergency Response program by performing periodic updates to program rosters and checklists and auditing of ER supplies as needed.
- Update USDA’s APHIS database for transport of live animals as new operating locations are added to Endeavor’s network.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2-years experience in airport or airline operations.
- Possess a general knowledge of airport-based customer service and/or airline ramp operations.
- Familiarity or background in working with FAA Part-5 Safety Management Systems (SMS) preferred
- Must possess strong analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently to meet changes in deadlines or priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with all levels of the organization and external agencies.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including work with imbedded fields and pivot tables), Microsoft Powerpoint, and familiarity with Microsoft Access.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Repetitive motion such as typing on the computer and phone work will be required.
- Occasional physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.
- Hybrid schedule, dependent on Departmental project load and deadlines, to include up to two days of remote work per week.
- This position may be required to work outside of normal business hours, including on-call shifts and nights or weekends as business needs dictate.
