We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in our community. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.   • Key Responsibilities :
  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas.
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring they are kept tidy and presentable.
  • Change bed linens and towels; wash, dry, and fold laundry as needed.
  • Organize and declutter spaces to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
  • Handle occasional deep cleaning tasks as required.
  • Maintain supplies and toiletries; notify management when stock is low.
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies to maintain a healthy environment.
  • Be available to work one weekend per month as part of a flexible schedule.
  • Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
  • Must pass a background check and provide professional references.
