Virtual Design & Construction Manager

A company is looking for a Virtual Design & Construction Manager to support a large Data Center project.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the deployment of VDC initiatives and technology solutions

Analyze requirements and evaluate risks to enhance VDC opportunities

Manage local Project VDC Managers & Engineers and establish performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field

7-10+ years of experience in a BIM or VDC-related role

Experience in managing multiple offices, regions, or projects

Advanced knowledge of Autodesk software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)

Understanding of Lean Construction principles
