The role: Salesforce Software Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and preferably experience with Configure Price Quote (CPQ). The candidate should also hold Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Configure Salesforce applications and manage user roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components to enhance Salesforce functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in development and deployment processes.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and enhancements to leverage new features and functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on configuration and development.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with CPQ is a plus.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications are required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The Location: Santa Fe, Mexico City (Hybrid setting - 2 days per week onsite)
