Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for high-value enterprise customers throughout the full lifecycle
Lead onboarding, guide integration architecture, and drive deep platform adoption in complex environments
Conduct delivery reviews and executive briefings, translating technical findings into strategic business context
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a Technical Account Manager or equivalent post-sale technical advisory role
Deep hands-on experience with CI / CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI
Strong technical foundation in DevOps tooling like Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Practical scripting ability in languages such as Bash, Ruby, Go, JavaScript, or Python
Experience mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team-wide capability uplift
