Summary : The CNA position is a hands-on, patient-focused role that supports the daily delivery of specialized treatments following instruction of the providers. This is a vital role working four days a week, ensuring treatment accuracy, patient comfort, and seamless clinical support throughout the care process. Full on the job training provided
Responsibilities :
- Administer application of electrodes using specialized medical equipment, monitor patients during treatment, adjusting dosage and troubleshooting machines. And ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Conduct diagnostic testing and document results accurately.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful care and educate patients on treatment expectations.
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers using proper techniques and assistive devices.
- Assist with assessments and record patient vitals.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
- Uphold infection control standards and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Participate in ongoing training related to treatment modalities.
Requirements
- Have an CNA, MA, or CMA or other certification authorized to assist with patient transfers in the state of Oklahoma
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, bending, for prolonged periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and become clinically competent in advanced therapy technology
