The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage ground-up builds, tenant improvements, remodels, historical restorations, and infrastructure projects, ensuring that all aspects align with budget, timeline, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for all phases of construction.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and address any financial challenges.
• Maintain schedules to ensure projects meet established deadlines and milestones.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate disruptions during project execution.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage documentation, contracts, and reports using project management tools such as ProCore.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Oversee procurement functions to secure necessary materials and services efficiently.
