Global Expansion (www.globalexpansion.com), an independent subsidiary of Equus Software, is a global Employer of Record (EOR) service provider. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a focused, positive, and energetic Finance Director to join our global team.

We currently support our clients in over 160 countries with the ability to hire in 214 countries and territories worldwide. Our team is distributed across North America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

The Finance Director is a key leadership role within the organization and responsible for financial oversight of the business. As Financial Director your duties will include leading the company's financial forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring timely funding from clients for EOR employee payroll, implementing internal process improvements, driving service excellence within the company's client-facing finance function, and leading a global finance team of high-performing colleagues.

We're looking for a financial leader with a background in the CPG or services industry who possesses strong GAAP knowledge, an FP&A skillset, and excellent communication skills. The Finance Director will report to the COO, work closely with all internal departments and manage our finance and accounting team of 13 colleagues. The role is a combination of Accounting (60%) and FP&A (40%).

Our ideal candidate is likely to be a senior finance manager or finance director who's worked in a handful of different companies and is ready to take the next step and lead a finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global finance team and oversee day-to-day functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, monthly close, and consolidation into parent company accounts
• Manage working capital, including oversight of the AR, AP, and treasury functions
• Oversee the accounting team's delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting package and insights to GX Executives and Board
• Identify and implement departmental and financial reporting process improvements
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and statutory reporting requirements
• Support ad-hoc financial requests received from internal stakeholders and management
