Month Bonuses! SALES ASSOCIATES CAN MAKE $13 - $15/HR base plus commission...total compensation up to $25/hr!

European Wax Center is looking for candidates that are outgoing, personable, hardworking, and HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SALES. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry and looking to grow, whether that be towards a role in management or as a Wax Specialist. Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Responsible for managing the Reservation Book with regards to the guest's requests and associate's availability.
• Responsible for educating and selling all guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.
• Responsible for educating all guests on European Wax Center's product portfolio, Strut 365™ and demonstrating products on guests.
• Responsible for educating guests on current in-center promotions.
• Responsible for maintaining and exceeding center and individual goals.

We provide extensive training and support, so even if you have little sales experience, you’ll learn quickly and become a successful Beauty Sales Associate with amazing selling skills and techniques.
