Strong quantitative reasoning abilities and experience using data and metrics to drive marketing decisions. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Proven track record of successful customer acquisition strategies in digital marketing. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with digital marketing automation and CRM tools preferred. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL preferred. Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and growth hacking. 8-5 M-F position in our office in Walnut Creek. This is not a remote position. What We Are Looking For : We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketer with a strong STEM / Engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis, digital marketing, and growth hacking strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze and interpret data, numbers, and patterns to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Utilize Excel proficiently for data analysis and reporting.
- Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL) to monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Leverage digital marketing automation and CRM tools to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and growth hacking.
