A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and creating positive experiences for members in their Med+ program.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support to members via chat
Resolve member issues by investigating, troubleshooting, and following established processes
Document interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer support, member services, or operations
Comfortable working with multiple tools and systems simultaneously
Empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to receive and apply feedback to continuously improve
