For 7540 SJO CLINICAL LAB - 10005963; Under the direction and supervision of the Division Supervisor / Manager, the Clinical Program Assistant provides support to the Clinical Laboratory & Pathology Operation. The assistant performs receptionist, secretarial, courier, filing, coordination of inter / intra department specific duties. Activities may include developing and maintaining spreadsheets, responding promptly to calls, responding appropriately to inquiries such as requests for pathology or laboratory reports, ordering tests / labeling specimens as required, filing / scanning, performing billing activities, and couriering specimens as needed.

Preferred Qualification :

• Coursework / Training and Post-High School education.
• 1 year For 7540 SJO CLINICAL LAB - 10005963 : Clerical experience in a health related field.
