Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and oversee implementation services across multiple engagements

Lead the service delivery team, ensuring efficient processes and conflict management

Independently identify project risks and facilitate discussions on infrastructure and architectural implementation

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience leading project teams or cross-functional projects

Bachelor's degree or military experience in a related field

Strong understanding of modern project management methodologies and software engineering processes

Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risks and operations

Must be located within the EST or CST regions of the United States
