The Greens at Cabarrus is seeking an experienced, people-focused Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations and foster a culture where engaged staff and exceptional resident care go hand in hand. What You’ll Do :

Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations

Ensure compliance with all state and federal long-term care regulations

Lead, mentor, and actively engage staff to drive retention and performance

Recruit, hire, and develop a strong leadership team

Prepare for and lead regulatory surveys with a focus on excellence

Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement quality initiatives

Create a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff

What We’re Looking For :

Active North Carolina Nursing Home Administrator License (Required)

Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or related field (Advanced degree preferred)

Minimum 3 years of Administrator experience in long-term care

Proven success in staff engagement, survey readiness, and operational leadership

Hands-on, visible leadership style
