We're currently hiring Part Time Front Desk Agents to join our team! If you thrive in fast-paced boutique hotel environments, love creating memorable moments, and bring both personality and precision to your work, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Greet every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Check guests in and out using hotel management software
• Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and special requests with confidence and care
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, dining, and happenings around San Diego
• Provide concierge-level service, including coordinating luggage assistance, packages, and VIP needs
• Maintain accurate room inventory and pricing on our website and booking channels
• Resolve issues and exceed expectations with a "can-do" approach
• Support a positive, team-first work environment with great communication
• Promote guest safety and follow all hotel policies and procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1-2 years in a front desk, concierge, or guest service role (hotel or boutique hospitality preferred)
• Skills: Computer literate, strong phone etiquette, detail-oriented, excellent multi-tasker
• Personality: Outgoing, dependable, confident, team-oriented
• Flexibility: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bonus: Knowledge of the local San Diego area and its cultural hotspots; additional language abilities to communicate with international guests
