Key Responsibilities
Lead direct and matrix teams to drive growth across the company's portfolio
Build and execute plans to enhance profitability and position technology solutions for customers
Engage with customers to identify opportunities and ensure a robust pipeline of sales activities
Required Qualifications
University or Bachelor's Degree preferred; advanced degree or MBA desired
Typically 10+ years of account management experience
Prior direct people management experience required
Experience in the IT industry, with a focus on verticals such as Energy, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Healthcare preferred
P&L and risk management skills preferred
