Implementation & Customer Success Lead

Role Type : Volunteer or Stipend

Location : Remote (6–10 hrs / week)

About the Role

Once partners adopt HHP programs, the Implementation & Customer Success Lead ensures successful onboarding, training, and long-term engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead onboarding for CHCs, schools, NGOs, and ministries
  • Train staff in UPE + HHP programs
  • Track adoption, outcomes, and partner satisfaction
  • Support renewals and multi-year expansions
  • Gather user feedback to improve programs and product
