Millennium Precision is seeking new Team members to help in our manufacturing operations. We are a growing, employee focused, contract manufacturer of Precision Swiss style machined components for multiple markets.

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead / Mechanical inspection expert to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products through thorough inspections, documentation and quality control processes. Starting salary is $60,000 / year.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily inspections of machined components and assemblies using precision measuring instruments.
• Complete required customer documentation including AS9102 documentation when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
• Identify and document non-conformities and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and reports accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
• Manage in house calibration control using GAGEtrak software and co-ordinate with external calibration resources to keep all gages up to our ISO standards.
• Communicate with outside service providers to ensure effective quality control of services
