[job_card.job_description]Located In Noblesville Including and in addition to the primary duties of a Staff Pharmacist and a Compliance Manager Support and lead the Compliance Department in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the pharmacy's compliance program, policies, and procedures. Conduct routine compliance audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions. Conduct quarterly Accountability Audits for the Control Room Monitor and track regulatory changes affecting long-term care pharmacy operations and assist in updating policies and procedures accordingly. Preparing and delivering compliance training programs to pharmacy staff to ensure understanding of regulatory requirements and internal policies. Coordinate with pharmacy staff and management to address compliance concerns, implement corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement as a part of our Quality Assurance program. Maintain records of compliance activities, including training records, audit findings, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings for management. Serve as a resource to staff regarding compliance-related questions and issues. Support the Compliance Department and management in responding to regulatory inquiries, inspections, and audits, and ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory agencies. Manage the pharmacy's medication destruction program in compliance with EPA and DSCSA regulations

Pharmacist (5-7 years)
Licensed by the Board of Pharmacy for state of Indiana
2 years of experience in a leadership role
Experience with conducting audits, investigations, and implementing corrective actions

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00 / yr.
