[job_card.job_description]Office hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM Shared rotational call among physicians Physician-governed organization with a physician-led JOC Supportive of physicians with an interest in education and mentorship EPIC EMR system with strong clinical and administrative support Modern, fully equipped office with on-site parking NYS medical licensure and DEA certification Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates $225,000-$242,000 base salary (The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.) Starting Bonus : $50,000.00 paid one time in the first payroll month after employment begins Retention Bonus : $25,000.00 paid in the second payroll cycle after the first anniversary date $25,000.00 paid in the second payroll cycle after the second anniversary date Medical, vision, and dental insurance Paid malpractice with post-employment tail coverage CME : Time and expense allowance Generous Paid Time Off Student Loan Forgiveness : PSLF eligible Retirement savings program with a generous employer match
St. Josephs Health is seeking a Board-Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join their established outpatient practice in Fayetteville, NY.
Youll be joining a well-staffed and collaborative team that provides care for patients of all ages, including pediatrics, adult and geriatric care, as well as womens health services. The team is particularly enthusiastic about adding a provider with womens health experience, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with that background.
Our practice environment is patient-focused, backed by strong system resources and robust ancillary support. Physicians are encouraged to pursue clinical interests and innovation within scope.

Located at 4000 Medical Center Dr., Fayetteville, NY 13066, this outpatient primary care office offers :
- Comprehensive care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Treatment for acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions
- Preventive care, including immunizations and cancer screenings
- Womens health services, such as annual pelvic exams and pap smears
- A supportive, team-based clinical environment
